Double D's Dumpsters runs a multi-site dumpster service for general contractors, superintendents, project managers, and developers who are tired of chasing down a different hauler every time a new job breaks ground. One number, one account, one invoice across every active site in our service area.
Who this service is built for
This is the right setup if you run more than one active job site at a time, if you have to coordinate dumpster delivery and pickup across multiple counties, or if you have lost time on a project because the national broker missed a swap. We work directly with GCs, multi-family developers, commercial builders, roofing companies running multiple crews, demolition contractors, and property management groups handling tenant turnovers across a portfolio.
How the multi-site account works
You get one point of contact for every site. We track active containers by job address, schedule swaps and pickups against your build calendar, and bill on a single statement that breaks down each site so the project accountant can code it cleanly. Pricing is flat-rate per pull, with county franchise fees disclosed up front. There are no fuel surcharges, no environmental fees, and no service charges layered on top of the per-haul cost. If the job is in our service area, we deliver it ourselves on our own trucks. If the job is outside our direct service area, we coordinate with our vetted Florida partner network and stand behind the same flat-rate, single-invoice experience.
Service footprint
Direct service across Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau, Baker, Putnam, Flagler, and Volusia counties. Coordinated statewide service across Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach, Gainesville, Clearwater, Tallahassee, Pensacola, Bradenton, Naples, Ocala, Lakeland, Panama City, Port St. Lucie, and additional Florida markets through our partner network.
What changes when you stop running a different hauler per site
The hidden cost of using a different hauler at every job is not the per-pull rate. It is the time the superintendent spends on the phone confirming swaps, chasing invoices that do not match quotes, reconciling per-site billing into the project ledger, and making the call when a hauler does not show. With a single multi-site account, the super has one number to call, the office has one statement to reconcile, and the project manager has one accountable point of contact across every active address. Quote-to-invoice variance disappears because the quote is the invoice. Same-day swap requests get answered because dispatch already knows the project and the address.
How we handle outside-area sites
For sites outside our direct service footprint, we coordinate through our vetted Florida partner network of locally owned haulers. We negotiate the rate, sequence the deliveries against your schedule, and roll the line items onto the same single statement you receive for our direct-service sites. You never deal with the partner hauler directly. If a partner misses a swap, we are the ones answering for it and the ones making it right. That is the difference between a true multi-site service and a national broker just routing tickets.
