We are a small Jacksonville-based business and we keep our data handling as simple as the service we provide.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote request, contact form, or booking through this site, we collect the contact and project information you provide: name, phone number, email address, delivery address, container size, and any project notes you choose to share. When you call us, we collect the phone number that placed the call along with any details you give us about the job. The site also uses standard analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and a Cloudflare Turnstile bot-protection challenge to keep automated form submissions out of our queue.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to schedule and deliver dumpster service, to follow up on quote requests, to send service-related communication (delivery confirmations, swap reminders, pickup confirmations, invoices), and to respond to questions. We do not sell your contact information. We do not share your contact information with marketers, lead aggregators, or unrelated third parties. We share information with our payment processor and routing tools only as needed to deliver the service you booked.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, Google Tag Manager to manage analytics tags, and Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions come from real people. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use browser-level privacy controls if you prefer.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we have on file for you, ask us to update it, or ask us to delete it (subject to our recordkeeping requirements for completed transactions) by emailing or calling us using the contact details below. You can opt out of service-related communication once your project is complete by replying to any message or calling us directly.
Data retention
We keep quote and booking records for as long as we need them to complete the service, support warranty or billing questions afterward, and meet recordkeeping requirements for tax and county-franchise reporting. Records of completed transactions are typically retained for seven years to align with standard small-business accounting practice. Quote requests that did not convert to a booking are kept for up to two years so we can respond if the customer comes back. Form submissions identified as bot traffic by Cloudflare Turnstile are discarded automatically.
Third parties we work with
We use the following third-party services to operate this site and our business: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (site analytics), Cloudflare and Cloudflare Turnstile (hosting performance and bot protection), SendGrid (transactional email such as quote replies and booking confirmations), and a payment processor for invoicing. Each of these services receives only the information needed to perform the task it is doing on our behalf, and each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not authorize any of these vendors to use your information for their own marketing.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us using the details below and we will delete the record.

We may update this policy as our business or applicable law changes. The effective date will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
