Dumpster Rental Terms & Service Agreement

These terms of service govern dumpster rentals, demolition services, and related work provided by Double D's Dumpsters in Jacksonville, FL and surrounding Northeast Florida counties. By booking service with us, you agree to the terms below.

Rental period and pricing

Standard roll-off rentals run for 14 days from delivery. Pricing is flat-rate per container and includes delivery, pickup, the included tonnage allowance for that container size, and the rental period. County franchise fees, where they apply, are disclosed in the quote and included in the flat rate. Overage tonnage is billed at $65 per ton for any load that exceeds the included weight allowance.

Acceptable materials

Standard roll-off containers accept construction and demolition debris, household cleanout debris, roofing materials, yard debris, and similar non-hazardous waste. Hazardous materials (paints, solvents, asbestos, fuels, chemicals, batteries, refrigerators with refrigerant still in them, electronics, tires, and medical waste) are not accepted in the standard container. Loads found to contain prohibited materials at the disposal facility are subject to additional fees and may be returned to the site.

Placement and access

The customer is responsible for providing a safe and legal placement location for the container. Plywood will be placed under the container rollers on driveways at the customer's request to reduce the chance of marking. Double D's Dumpsters is not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, or surfaces caused by normal placement and pickup, though we work carefully to minimize impact. Street placement requires a city or county right-of-way permit where applicable; the customer is responsible for confirming local rules.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and pickup

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled before the container is loaded on the truck for delivery without charge. Same-day cancellations after dispatch are subject to a trip fee. Pickup is scheduled at the end of the rental period or earlier on request. Containers left past the rental period without an extension are billed at the daily extension rate listed in the quote.

Liability and indemnification

Double D's Dumpsters is not liable for damage caused by overfilled containers, materials placed in the container by parties other than the customer, or use of the container outside of the agreed scope. The customer indemnifies Double D's Dumpsters against any claims arising from the customer's use of the container.
