Dumpster Rental in Northeast Florida

Northeast Florida is the seven-county region anchored by Jacksonville and stretching from the Georgia line at Nassau down through Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Baker, Putnam, and (just south) Flagler counties. Double D's Dumpsters operates direct roll-off, demolition, and trash compactor service across this entire footprint out of our Jacksonville yard.

What "Northeast Florida" actually covers for us

Direct service: Duval County (Jacksonville and the Beaches), St. Johns County (St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, World Golf Village, the SR-9B corridor), Clay County (Orange Park, Fleming Island, Middleburg, Keystone Heights), Nassau County (Fernandina Beach, Yulee, Callahan, Hilliard), Baker County (Macclenny, Glen St. Mary, Sanderson), Putnam County (Palatka, Crescent City, Interlachen), Flagler County (Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Bunnell), and southern routes into Volusia County (Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, DeLand). Same-day delivery is available across all of these for orders placed before noon when route capacity allows.

What is different about working in Northeast Florida

Three things shape how dumpster service runs in this region. First, county franchise fees vary in a way that matters: Clay County is 16.5 percent, St. Johns is 10 percent, and the rest of the seven-county footprint is at zero. We bake the applicable fee into the flat-rate quote up front so the quoted number is the final number. Second, beach-community placement is access-constrained: tight lots, sandy substrate, and HOA screening rules in Ponte Vedra, Amelia Island, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, and Jacksonville Beach. Our drivers know the placement constraints by neighborhood. Third, the I-95 and I-10 corridors define route economics: jobsites within 30 minutes of either corridor get the fastest swap response, with rural Baker and inland Putnam routes staged on a slightly longer cadence.

Project mix across the region

Duval County runs heavy with renovation and roofing tear-offs, multi-tenant commercial fit-outs, and active general-contractor C&D. St. Johns County is dominated by new-construction debris from the SR-9B and Nocatee growth corridors plus custom-home builds. Clay County mixes new subdivision construction with established-neighborhood renovation. Nassau County leans toward beach-property renovation, historic-home updates, and growth-corridor new builds. Baker and Putnam see a steady mix of rural cleanouts, agricultural property work, and small-commercial. Flagler is anchored by Palm Coast new construction. Volusia mixes Daytona Beach hospitality renovation with DeLand residential and commercial work.

Pricing across the region

Flat-rate per container, 14 days included, included tonnage, delivery, pickup, and disposal at a licensed Florida facility. The 10-yard runs $350, the 15-yard $450, the 20-yard $550, and the 30-yard $650 as the base. Clay County jobs add the 16.5% franchise fee into the quote; St. Johns County jobs add 10%. Overage tonnage runs $65 per ton if a load exceeds the included weight allowance. There are no fuel surcharges, no environmental fees, and no per-day rental charges before the rental period ends.

Multi-county and multi-site contractor accounts

If your project pipeline runs across more than one of these counties, ask about a contractor or multi-site account. Single point of contact, single statement, flat-rate per pull, and county franchise fees disclosed up front per jobsite. See contractor dumpster rental for direct-service account terms or multi-site service for the broader portfolio model. Statewide Florida service for projects outside the seven-county footprint is coordinated through our vetted Florida partner network on the same single-statement, single-point-of-contact basis.
